HOW TO BUY
To select a vehicle, simply click on the auction link mentioned on our Auction Page and register yourself for FREE by filling out a member registration form. Once you get registered you can easily access all the auctions in Japan and select your desired vehicle.

SEND US YOUR INQUIRY
Send us the details of your chosen vehicle by using our contact details mentioned on our CONTACT US page. We will send you a price quotation for your inquiry along with an auction deposit Performa Invoice.

AUCTION DEPOSIT:
To proceed forward, you will be required to make auction deposit payment as per the payment terms and amount mentioned on the invoice. Please note that the payment should be made in the Bank Details mentioned on the invoice.

BIDDING:
Once your payment is received, we are now ready to start your bidding process. The customer will be notified of the auction result via email from SKA Japan. If the bid is successful, the customer will be provided with the invoice containing the CNF/CIF amount of the vehicle. Minimum 50% of the CNF/CIF amount is required prior to shipping.

SHIPMENT BOOKING & DOCUMENTATION:
Upon confirmation of payment, your vehicle will be scheduled for shipment on the next available vessel. All consignee details must be e-mailed to SKA Japan to ensure that all documentation is correctly prepared before the vessel arrives at your port.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & BALANCE PAYMENT:
Once the Shipment has been ordered, the BL draft will be supplied to you. The customer is responsible to inform any change of consignee at this point of the stage. The customer is bound to settle the outstanding balance amount before the shipment arrival. Upon receipt of the outstanding balance in our account, all necessary documentation for the import process will be supplied via DHL to the appointed address given from the buyer. The DHL tracking Number will be supplied when dispatched. The documents sent to the customer include:
*Export Certificate
*Bill Of Lading
*Final Invoice
*Marine Insurance (if required)
*Inspection Certificate (If required)

PICK YOUR VEHICLE:
Pick your vehicle from your selected port. Make sure to bring the documents along for a smooth process.
*DISCLAIMER:
If the Customer fails to pay the outstanding balance in full after 10 days of the vehicle arrival date at the Importer’s Country, SKA JAPAN will have full rights to forfeit the Initial payment and to have the unit sold to a different customer.
